Posting Video's

I can not for anything, figure out how to post a video on here. If you know, please comment on here and let me know. It's probably extremely simple, but I'm not that computer savy. I would like to share the video's of my kids saying it how it is. They will tell you what they know, which they think is everything. Someone please help. Thanx.
